LV Colliers to Host Real Estate, Gaming Discussion October 1
Expert Panel to Analyze Impacts of Gaming, Global Economy on Valley’s Economy, 3Q Real Estate Market Performance
WHO:
John Matt Stater, Research & GIS manager for Colliers International; and Grant Govertsen, Principal & Analyst with Union Gaming
WHAT:
As the state’s largest industry, many in commercial real estate are hungry for information pertaining to the gaming industry’s performance, and the implications its success - or failure – has on the greater Las Vegas economy and its recovery.
For its second quarterly roundtable, Colliers International is hosting an expert panel to examine the gaming industry’s outlook, and the effects it will have on the Las Vegas economy. The event is a supplement to the release of Las Vegas Colliers’ enhanced third quarter market reports for Southern Nevada, which offer the most up-to-date statistics of the performance of the commercial office, industrial and retail market segments.
Colliers is now publishing this free resource the first day after each quarter ends, accompanied by regularly-scheduled roundtable events. In addition to commercial real estate market performance, the reports correlate visitor information, gaming revenue and employment statistics, detailing the overarching market trends in Southern Nevada.
