Colliers International Finalizes Lease at Tech Center Plaza

LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of a 60-month lease with Ageless Men’s Health.

The 1,656-square-foot office property is located at 2911 N. Tenaya Way. The total value of the transaction was $140,000. Taber Thill, SIOR and Dan Palmeri of Colliers International represented the lessee. Chris Connell of Sperry Van Ness represented the lessor, Kester-Tujungas Apartments, LLC.
