Territory Incorporated Announces Three New Retailers at its Southern Nevada Shopping Centers
LAS VEGAS – Territory Incorporated’s CEO, Terri Sturm, recently announced three new tenants for a total of 10,673 square feet of space in three of the company’s retail shopping centers across the Las Vegas Valley. The new tenants include Dairy Queen/Orange Julius, Pacific Seafood Buffet and Café Sensations.
Dairy Queen/Orange Julius signed a five-year lease on 1,400 square feet of space at Southern Highlands Marketplace, a 200,000-square-foot shopping center located at Southeast corner of Cactus Avenue and Southern Highlands Parkway. The tenant opened July 19. Lindsey Mitchell and Mikki Delci represented Territory Inc. in the transaction. Bob Holding of Realty Executives represented the lessee.
Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn., International Dairy Queen (IDQ) develops, licenses and services a system of more than 5,600 Dairy Queen stores in the United States, Canada and foreign countries, offering dairy desserts, hamburgers, hot dogs and beverages. IDQ is part of the Berkshire Hathaway family.
With more than 600 stores worldwide, specialty drink purveyor Orange Julius was established in 1926. The company was purchased by IDQ in 1987.
Café Sensations signed a five-year lease on 2,073 square feet of space at Centennial Center, a 1 million-square-foot Wal-Mart anchored power center located in Centennial Hills on the Southwest corner of US-95 and I-215. Lindsey Mitchell and Mikki Delci represented Territory Inc. in the transaction. Chris Clifford of Creighton Real Estate Holdings LLC represented the lessee.
A longtime fixture in the Green Valley area of Henderson, this is the second Southern Nevada location for Café Sensations. The coffeehouse-style restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, offering a wide selection of sandwiches and specialty beverages.
Pacific Seafood Buffet signed a 10-year lease on 7,200 square feet of space at Centennial Center. Lindsey Mitchell and Mikki Delci represented Territory Inc. in the transaction. Robert Bolan of West USA Realty represented the lessee.
Pacific Seafood Buffet is the latest installation of a chain of family-owned Chinese buffet restaurants, started by Lai (Andy) Gong in 1999. Based mainly in Phoenix and Las Vegas, Gong recently opened a Pacific Seafood Buffet in west Las Vegas, and also operates China Olive on the city’s east side.
The menu features made-to-order entrées, as well as an extensive seafood buffet with shellfish, steamed fish, crab and shrimp and Mongolian barbecue. Average price per entrée is $8.29 and $11.99 for lunch and dinner, respectively, which also includes a beverage.
