Colliers International Finalizes Lease at Saddleback Park West Business Center

LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of a 50-month lease with Ultra Klean, Inc.

The 4,458-square-foot industrial office/flex property is located at 6378 Montessouri Drive. The total value of the transaction was $123,700. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Patti Dillon and Ben Campbell of Colliers International represented the lessor, Post LP. Joe Sample of Re/Max Associates represented the lessee.
