Colliers International Finalizes $575K Industrial Sale

LAS VEGAS – E.J. Paul Sweetland IV, SIOR of Colliers International – Las Vegas recently represented GKT III in the sale of an industrial property to Paul Solan.

The 4,172-square-foot building is located at 6386 Montessouri St. in Saddleback Park West. The total value of the transaction was $575,000. Sweetland represented the seller. Nicole Munoz of Desert Property Group represented the buyer.
