Colliers International Finalizes Lease at Arrowhead Commerce Center

LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of a 60-month lease with Permapave USA Corp.

The 16,320-square-foot big-box industrial property is located at 3650 E. Post Road, Ste. E, at Arrowhead Commerce Center (Building 15). Closed August 14, the total value of the transaction was $551,064. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, Arrowhead Commerce Center, LLC. Michael Cook of SMG Realty represented the lessee.
