Colliers International Finalizes Lease at Renaissance West

LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of a 60-month lease with Shalimar Restaurant.

The 2,211-square-foot retail property is located at 4001 S. Decatur Blvd, Suites 31 and 32. Closed August 6, the total value of the transaction was $176,077.49. Scot Marker of Colliers International represented the lessor, CT (RENAISSANCE WEST) LLC.
