Windermere Prestige Properties Names New Sales Associates at Summerlin, Green Valley Offices
HENDERSON, Nev. – Robyn Yates, Vice President of Marketing for Windermere Services Nevada, recently announced the addition of A.J. Fernandes and Cory DeNuccio as sales associates. They will work in the Windermere Prestige Properties offices in Summerlin and Green Valley, respectively.
Fernandes joins Windermere from Las Vegas-based Realty One Group, where he was a sales associate for more than two years. He has also served on the board of directors for the Community Associations Institute, and co-founded children’s charity Desert Miracles Foundation.
DeNuccio, a 16-year industry veteran, is returning to Windermere Real Estate, after serving as a sales associate at Las Vegas-based Zimmer Real Estate Group.
As sales associates, they will be responsible for implementing sales strategies set forth by branch directors, hosting open houses and other sales-related activities.
Established in 1972, Windermere Real Estate entered the Las Vegas real estate market in 2004, and now has three offices in Southern Nevada. The company has two Prestige Properties offices, which specialize in marketing homes in the $500,000-and-up price point.
