Colliers International Finalizes Lease at Rhodes Ranch Town Center

LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of a 60-month lease with Praphat Sareetho and Natthaphong Sareetho.

The 1,200-square-foot retail space is located at 7425 S. Durango Drive, Ste. 101. Closed July 24, the total value of the transaction was $168,000. David Grant of Colliers International represented the lessor, Bayport Town Center Associates, LLC. Bryan McCall of RMI Realty represented the lessee.
