Windermere Real Estate Names New Sales Associates at Green Valley, Anthem Hills Branch Offices

HENDERSON, Nev. – Robyn Yates, Vice President of Marketing for Windermere Services Nevada, recently announced the addition of Helen Presser as an associate in the Windermere Prestige Properties office in Green Valley, and the additional of Annette Westerfield to Windermere’s Anthem Hills office.

Presser, who spent more than 20 years in the human resources industry, has been in real estate for three and a half years, most recently serving as a sales associate for Henderson-based Exit Unlimited Realty. She holds her Resort Property Specialist (RSPS) designation. Presser participates in a local social action committee that performs philanthropic activities throughout the Las Vegas valley, and she also volunteers at area senior centers and retirement homes.

A 16-year industry veteran, Westerfield holds her Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG) designations. The Southern California native moved to the Las Vegas four years ago and was awarded lifestyle publication Las Vegas Life’s “Five Star Award” for client satisfaction in 2007 and 2008.

As sales associates, Presser and Westerfield will be responsible for implementing sales strategies set forth by branch directors, hosting open houses and other sales-related activities.
