Trinity Announces Purchase of Vista Business Park

(RENO, Nev.) - Trinity announced today Principals Brian Armon, CCIM and Lance Faulstich, CCIM, SIOR, negotiated the purchase of Vista Business Park on Vista Boulevard in Sparks. The property was purchased for $3.2 million by Balboa Funds.
The property was previously owned by Vista Industrial Partners, a Voit Development controlled entity. The purchase included nearly 50,000 square feet of industrial condo space and 7.7 acres of industrial land fronting Vista Boulevard. Trinity represented the purchaser in the deal.
The location provides easy access to Interstate 80 and US Highway 395. Vista Business Park offers 18' - 22' approximate clear height, 12' x 14' grade level doors and skylights in the warehouse. Suites range in size from 5,461 to 8,565 +/- square feet.
