Meridian Business Advisors’ Analysts Present at 14th International Conference on Gaming & Risk Taking

The conference brings together the world's top gambling scholars to present, discuss, and debate the latest trends and findings on gambling and commercial gaming. Evart and Larmore’s paper focused on estimating the impact of new gaming properties on the budgets of local governments in terms of revenues generated by these properties for the cities, counties and the State in which they are located and cost of services provided by the local governments. MBA used the analyses they performed in the State of Kansas last summer as a basis of their presentation.
