Colliers International Finalizes Lease Renewal at Arville Sunset Industrial Park West

LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of 38-month lease renewal with Digital Extreme Technologies.

The 10,068-square-foot industrial property is located at 4478 Wagon Trail Ave. Closed July 15, the total value of the transaction was $209,578. E.J. Paul Sweetland IV, SIOR, of Colliers International represented the lessor, Brigite Land Management. Michael Delew, SIOR, Greg Pancirov, SIOR and Kevin Collura of Colliers International represented the lessee.
