Complemar Announces Dan Palka as CFO

Rochester, N.Y. — Complemar recently announced the appointment of Dan Palka as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Palka will be responsible for the overall financial operations of Complemar in Rochester, NY and divisions in Sparks, NV and Buffalo, NY. Palka has more than 17 years of financial management experience with considerable knowledge in ERP implementations and mergers/acquisitions. Additionally, Palka will oversee the Complemar Administrative Services product; working with small and medium sized businesses to identify and execute their financial and human resource goals.

Prior to joining Complemar, Palka was the CFO of Siewert Equipment Co. a leading mechanical pump, mixer and waste water distributor. His background includes experience in various industries: automotive, semiconductor, retail and wholesale distribution. Palka previously served as a board member of local APICS (American Production Inventory Control Society) chapter.

Palka is a member of Institute of Management Accountants. He has a BS in Finance/ Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology.
