Colliers International Finalizes Lease at Rainbow Promenade

LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of a 36-month lease with Yodipity Yogurt.

The 1,500-square-foot retail property is located at 2101 N. Rainbow Blvd., Ste. 3-B. Closed July 1, the total value of the transaction was $111,270. Scot Marker of Colliers International represented the lessor, PK I Rainbow Promenade, LLC.
