Windermere Real Estate Names New Sales Associates at Prestige Properties office in Green Valley
HENDERSON, Nev. – Robyn Yates, Vice President of Marketing for Windermere Services Nevada, recently announced the addition of Dolly Barton and Linda Coleman as sales associates in its Windermere Prestige Properties office in Green Valley.
The Prestige Properties office is one of two local branches that specialize in marketing homes in the $500,000 and up price point. As sales associates, Coleman and Barton will be responsible for implementing sales strategies set forth by branch directors, hosting open houses and other sales-related activities.
A 27-year industry veteran, Barton joins Windermere after 13 years as a broker associate with Las Vegas-based Win Win Real Estate Inc. Prior she worked as a sales associate with a residential brokerage in Arcadia, Calif. Barton also holds a designation as a certified REO sales specialist.
Coleman specializes in new home sales across the valley, having worked most recently as a sales manager for Toll Brothers in Las Vegas. Prior, she worked as a sales consultant for U.S. Homes/Lennar Corp. in Las Vegas for eight years.
