LV Colliers Promotes Suzette La Grange to Senior VP

LAS VEGAS – Michael Campbell, managing partner of Colliers International – Las Vegas, recently announced that Suzette La Grange has been promoted to Senior Vice President of the firm’s Industrial Division.

La Grange earned the promotion after four years with Colliers International, where she has specialized in landlord and developer representation in the office and industrial segments.

With more than 14 years experience in commercial real estate, she has been involved in more than 14 million square feet of office and industrial lease and sale transactions, and the sale of over 400 acres of land.

In 2007, La Grange was involved in the portfolio sale of approximately 3.5 million square feet of industrial buildings and land on behalf of DP Partners to ProLogis. Her other notable current and past clients include Anchor Development, CDW Corporation, and HCA The Healthcare Company.

La Grange has served on the board of directors of NAIOP Southern Nevada since 2004, and she has won several awards through the organization, including Industrial Broker of the Year (2005), Associate Member of the Year (2006) and Office Team of the Year (2007). She also received the National NAIOP Emerging Leader Award in 2007.
