Colliers International Finalizes Lease at Post Commerce Center
LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of a 25-month lease with Digitech Embroidery, Ltd.
The 1,929-square-foot industrial property is located at 3126 W. Post Road, at Post Commerce Center. Closed May 22, the total value of the transaction was $28,010. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Patti Dillon and Ben Campbell of Colliers International represented the lessor, Harsch Investment Properties – Nevada, LLC. Laura Hart of Prudential | IPG CRES represented the lessee.
