Colliers International Finalizes Lease Renewal, Expansion at Westech Business Center II

LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of a 36-month lease renewal and expansion with Carson Sales Company, Inc.

The lease renewal was signed on a 7,746-square-foot industrial property located at 5175 W. Diablo Drive, Ste. 104. The tenant also signed a lease expansion for the adjacent 5,826-square-foot suite, unit 105, for a total of 13,572 square feet.

Closed July 9, the total value of the transaction was $356,400 with an effective lease rate of $0.73 per square foot . Michael Delew, SIOR, and Greg Pancirov, SIOR, of Colliers International represented the lessor, Cable Investments-Diablo, L.P.
